1. Standard Gear & Apparel
This category includes apparel, accessories, and any items not specifically listed in our flat-rate categories below. These rates are based on your total cart value:
Orders up to $49.99: $9.99 Flat Rate
Orders $50.00 – $199.99: $7.99 Flat Rate
Orders $200.00 and up: FREE SHIPPING
2. Specialized Equipment (Flat Rates)
Due to the size and handling requirements of larger equipment, the following flat rates apply per item:
Boards: By Quote - Get the best shipping rate by filling out the Request Shipping Quote form on the product listing
Inflatable Foil Boards: $40.00
Foils: $20.00
Wings: $20.00
Paddles: $20.00
Note: Shipping rates are calculated automatically by the platform. For mixed carts containing both Standard Gear and Specialized Equipment, the higher flat rate will apply. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, errors may occur. If you notice a discrepancy, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Yes, we offer free shipping for the following:
Full price items with an order total over $200 excludes Boards, Inflatable Boards, Foils, Wings and Paddles

Processing Time
All orders take up to 24 hours to process before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Transit Time
USA shipping transit time is typically 3-5 business days for in stock orders and up to 14 days for drop ship orders from the Duotone warehouse.
International shipping for Leverlock® Adjustable Parts is 1-4 weeks.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.
Yes, we ship Leverlock® Adjustable paddle parts outside of the USA
We offer Free Delivery to the following areas:
Craven, Pamlico and Carteret County on any order
Raleigh/Cary/Durham: minimum $500 order
Wilmington Area: minimum $500 order
OBX: minimum $1000 order
Returns & Refunds FAQ
Eligibility: Returns on non-sale items are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Equipment must be purchased at full price, new and unused.
Return Shipping: The buyer pays return shipping costs.
Authorization: All returns require pre-authorization. Please contact us at action@banxsports.com before sending any items back.
A refund request can be submitted within 7 days after the item is delivered.
In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by shipping insurance or manufacturer's warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.
