Rebalance Class
Rebalance – Corrective Strength & Stability Class
Rebalance is a small-group fitness class designed to restore balance, improve performance, and reduce injury risk using the 4-pillar strategy from the National Academy of Sports Medicine Corrective Exercise model.
Led by a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, this class systematically applies the science-backed approach used by elite coaches and rehab professionals:
Duration: 1 hour | Includes mat and roller
1. Inhibit – Release overactive muscles through targeted mobility and myofascial techniques.
2. Lengthen – Improve flexibility where restriction limits movement quality.
3. Activate – Strengthen underactive muscles to restore proper joint mechanics.
4. Integrate – Reinforce optimal movement patterns with functional, performance-based training.
Each session blends mobility, stability, strength, and controlled dynamic movement to improve posture, balance, coordination, and power. Ideal for board sport athletes, cyclists, runners, active adults, and anyone wanting to move better and feel stronger.
